            The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the Amendment in section one on page three, line eight immediately following the word “Berkeley”, by striking the word “Jefferson”

and,

in section one on page three, line nine, by striking the word “six” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “five”

and,

in section one on page six, line four by inserting the following new subdivision:

“(32) The county of Jefferson shall constitute the thirty-second circuit and shall have one judge; provided, that effective January 1, 2017, said circuit shall have two judges, who shall be elected in the regularly scheduled judicial election to be held in the year 2016, and every year thereafter; provided that until the election, the judge currently resident at the Jefferson County Courthouse shall be transferred from the twenty-third circuit to the thirty-second circuit.”
